Residence Inn, a member of the Yupangco Group of Companies, has joined hands with Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) to develop a 15-hectare forest land into an animal kingdom. The ₱80-million project, dubbed as "Zoobic Safari Adventure", forms part of the 50-hectare "Forest Adventure" within the world-class Subic Bay Freeport.
Zoobic Safari is part of Residence Inn's chain of zoo cum resort businesses. The group also operates Residence Inn Tagaytay, Safari de Oro in Bukidnon, and Residence Inn Blu Bianco Hotel in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
In line with the project, Residence Inn formed the Zoobic Safari Foundation which accepts donations related to wildlife conservation and preservation.
